Do Not Rush Refinancing

If your current mortgage company is no longer giving you a good deal, don't be too hasty in refinancing. While you should certainly move to a better mortgage as soon as is practical, jumping into a new mortgage before you have made sure you are getting a good deal could lead to you being stuck in the same situation for a while.
